If the B1G+ channel on Roku is not working, video won’t play, sound is missing, or you’re having playback or streaming issues, try the following steps to fix the problem.
1. Remove and Reinstall the B1G+ Channel
Sometimes removing and re-adding the channel resolves app errors.
To remove channels from your Roku streaming player or Roku TV™, go to your channel lineup or the Roku Channel Store.
You can also remove channels using the Roku mobile app on a compatible device.
Before removing, check if your subscription is billed through Roku.

2. Add the B1G+ Channel Again
Reinstall the app to ensure you have the latest version.
