If you paid, subscribed, purchased, or were charged through iTunes (Apple App Store) but still can’t access B1G+, or if your subscription isn’t being recognized and you’re being asked to subscribe again, here’s how to fix it:
Restore Your Purchase

Log out of the app.

Go to your Profile.

Tap Subscribe.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases.
Check Your Apple ID
Sometimes subscriptions are tied to a different Apple ID or email. Please confirm that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription. If you have multiple emails, check each one to see which is linked to your B1G+ account.
If the Issue Continues

A screenshot of the error message (from the app or website) you're seeing when trying to access your subscription.
