If you paid, subscribed, purchased, or were charged but still can’t access B1G+, or if you’re being asked to subscribe again despite having an active subscription, try the steps below to restore your access. This covers issues like payment processed but no access, subscription not recognized, or being prompted to resubscribe.
Step 1: Reset Your Account Password

From the Home button, click on the Log In button and then click on Forgot Password?

On the Request Password Reset page, enter your email address and click REQUEST PASSWORD.

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your reset password request has been processed."

Open the email and click the Reset Password button to be routed back to the website.
Step 2: Troubleshooting If the Issue Persists
For App Issues:

Update the app and your device’s operating system.

Log out of the app and log back in.

Uninstall and reinstall the app.
For Website Issues (Desktop/Mobile):

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Log out of your account and log back in.

Use a different browser or try incognito mode.

Restart your internet connection.

If possible, try accessing the site from another device.
Restoring Purchases for In-App Subscriptions
If you purchased B1G+ through the app but are still being asked to subscribe again, restoring your purchase may help regain access.

Log out of the app.

Navigate to your Profile.

Select Subscribe.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Restore Purchases.
