If you have paid but can't access B1G+ and have logged in with the correct email address, follow these steps to regain access:
Step 1: Reset Your Account Password

From the Home button, click on the Log In button and then click on Forgot Password?

On the Request Password Reset page, enter your email address and click REQUEST PASSWORD.

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your reset password request has been processed."

Open the email and click the Reset Password button to be routed back to the website.
Step 2: Troubleshooting If the Issue Persists
For App Issues:

Update the app and your device’s operating system.

Log out of the app and log back in.

Uninstall and reinstall the app.
For Website Issues (Desktop/Mobile):

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
